Our story
Rashid Farms is a Jordanian farm making pantry staples the way they have always been made: from the land, by hand, and without hurry.
The land
We grow thyme and grapes, and raise the sheep whose milk becomes our cheese, ghee and jameed. What we sell starts with us.
The method
We dry in shade and sun, cook over a low fire, and strain by hand. It's how our families did it, and we haven't found a better way.
The promise
Every pack carrying the Rashid Farms name comes from our farm, with its ingredients written clearly on it.
